Original oil on canvas from Louis Icart's highly desirable Impressionist Period with very nice subject matter that is in excellent condition, with dimensions that measure in at 18 1/4" X 21 3/4" and overall dimensions (including the frame) that measure out to be 24 3/4" X 28 1/2". I've also included a photo of the back so that you can see the initials L.I., the French title "L'Heure Bleue" which translates to "The Blue Hour", and the French word "esquisse" which translates to "sketch", as well as the Roman numerals "XVII-80. Condition... EXCELLENT.
